1. The service

Valtra is a software tool that helps founders structure business ideas, plan validation experiments, and track progress. It uses AI models to generate diagnoses, strategy, experiments, plans, reflections, and advisor responses based on the information you provide.

Valtra is operated by NITHIN RAJ, 72 Jeevanagar 2nd Street Jaihindpuram Madurai Tamil Nadu India.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be legally able to agree to these terms.
• You may stop using the service at any time, and delete your account from Settings. Deleting it deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your content

You own the business ideas, notes, interview records, and other content you add. You give Valtra permission to store and process that content only to operate the service, including sending relevant business context to our AI provider to generate responses.

4. AI-generated results

AI responses are generated automatically from what you provide. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and they are suggestions, not facts or professional advice. Check them before relying on them; decisions you make are yours. Valtra's status labels summarize the evidence you record, and an idea is never marked as validated by the AI alone.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Do not use automated means to generate excessive AI requests. AI features have limits on every plan, including fair-use limits on paid access.
• Do not create accounts in someone else's name, or fake accounts, for example to collect invite rewards.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

6. Payments and the Founder Pass

• Paid access is sold as the Founder Pass: a one-time payment of ₹999 for 30 days of the Founder plan, including 1,500 AI credits. It doesn't renew, and nothing is charged again.
• Credits pay for AI requests: a chat reply usually uses 1 credit, and deeper work uses a little more. Manual tools never use credits. AI features have daily fair-use limits on every plan, including paid access.
• When a pass ends, your account returns to the Free plan's limits. Unused credits stay in your balance and carry over if you buy another pass. Nothing you've saved is locked or deleted.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay on its own page. Valtra never receives your card, UPI or bank details.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may change, but never for a pass you've already bought.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before it arose.

7. Invites and rewards

• Each account has one invite link. A validation means one more live experiment and 100 AI credits.
• A friend who signs up through your link gets 1 extra validation (1 experiment and 100 credits) when their account is created.
• When 3 friends you invited have signed up and finished their first idea conversation, you get 5 additional validations (5 experiments and 500 credits), once per account.
• Only new accounts can be invited. You can't invite yourself, and each account counts for one inviter only.
• Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained through fake accounts or other abuse. We may change or end the invite program; rewards you've already received stay in your account.

8. Fictional advisor roles

The advisor roles (The Investor, The Customer Researcher, The Product Strategist, The Growth Advisor, The Execution Coach, The Contrarian, and The Customer Advocate) are fictional AI perspectives. They are not real people and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any real investor, entrepreneur, or company.

9. Intellectual property

Valtra's software, design, name and logo, and the content it provides (other than yours and the AI responses generated for you) belong to Valtra. You may use them only to use the service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by trying to access other users' data, abusing AI limits, or collecting invite rewards with fake accounts. You can ask us why.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
