Cancellation and refund policy

Template document

This document is a starting template for the FounderOS MVP. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be reviewed and adapted for your jurisdiction before a public launch.

What you're buying

The Founder Pass is a one-time payment of ₹999 for 30 days of the Founder plan, including 1,500 AI credits. It's a digital service: it starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, and nothing is shipped.

Cancelling

There's nothing to cancel. The pass doesn't renew, and we never charge you again. When its 30 days end, your account returns to the Free plan's limits. Your ideas, evidence and reviews stay, and unused credits stay in your balance and carry over if you buy another pass.

Refunds

  • You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as you've used fewer than 150 of the pass's 1,500 credits.
  • Failed, duplicate or wrong charges are always refunded in full, once we've confirmed them.
  • After 7 days, or once you've used 150 credits or more, the pass isn't refundable.

When a refund is made, the pass ends straight away and up to 1,500 unspent credits are removed from your balance.

How to ask

Contact details will be listed here before paid access opens.

Refunds go back to the way you paid (UPI, card or netbanking) through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show them.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law. The Terms of Service cover the rest of how paid access works.
